Enhancing Product Integrity : Role of FIBC Liners in Bulk Packaging.
Look no further, at Emmbi we believe 'Knowledge is Power.' But for today, the focus will be especially on barrier films.
Why Liners in FIBC?
Liners help contain and protect the contents of the FIBC from external elements such as moisture, contaminants, and environmental factors.
For food-grade or pharmaceutical materials, a liner provides an additional layer of protection to maintain the integrity and quality of the product during transportation and storage.
Liners contribute to the hygiene and cleanliness of the FIBC. They create a barrier between the bulk material and the inner walls of the bag, reducing the risk of contamination.
Liners with specific discharge spouts or designs help facilitate the smooth and efficient discharge of materials, preventing waste and improving handling efficiency.
Liners can be designed to be chemically resistant, providing an additional layer of protection for materials that may react with the FIBC material.
Features of FIBC Liners
- Oxygen and Moisture Barrier
- Chemical Resistance
- Anti-static properties
- High Strength
